Our Statement of Faith
We believe in the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Vinedresser Kindergarten & Day care Schools (VKS) strive to integrate Christian faith into every aspect of the child. A biblical perspective directs the holistic development of a child, from interpersonal relationships to areas of curriculum. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of all knowledge and wisdom. Real success is founded on a relationship with God through the redemptive work of Jesus Christ. We strive to nurture a holistic person even after school time; they will never depart away from the Lord’s ways. John 15:1-2
Spiritual Life
The Bible puts it this way: ““I am the true vine, and My Father is the Vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.” (John 15:1-2)
Character is important. The success we all desire for our children has faith and spiritual growth at the core.
Vinedresser Kindergarten Schools regard the spiritual life of students as critically important. Through Biblical integration, we relate the day-to-day class topics/themes to Biblical teachings that students can easily relate to their everyday lives. We do not indoctrinate non-Christian students into Christianity but endeavor to share universal disciplines. Students are taught what it means to live a life of obedience, good character and morals.
• We begin each day with devotions in each classroom.
• Bible teachings are integrated into our subjects/ topics.
• Chapel is held on Fridays between 7.30am to 8.30am.
• Faculty and administration gather every week for times of prayer.
